Alsacia Coffee Estate is located in rich volcanic soil, between the Barva and Poás Volcanoes, in San Luis de Sabanilla in the Province of Alajuela, in the heart of highly-protected forests. Alsacia Coffee Estate believes in sound environmental practices; therefore, the coffee production is of a superb quality. Alsacia Estate Coffee has the characteristics of an authentic SHB. The plants are cultivated at altitudes that range from 1,400 to 1,500 meters above sea level, guaranteeing that the coffee will have an excellent aroma, even roast, superb body, and bright acidity. At Alsacia Coffee Estate the most demanding processes converge in order to guarantee an excellent coffee. This fancy “Caracolillo” (Peaberry) is a very good example of the superb coffee that we proudly select and prepare, inspired by our sole philosophy ~ to offer the consumer a superlative eco-friendly coffee.
