Coopedota R.L. began in 1960 with 96 producers and a production of 3,900
bags (100 pounds each) of green coffee. Its current production is 65,000
bags average from 750 producers. 100 bags and 2 hectares of land is
the average for each producer. With the focus on production quality
with the producers and a highly controlled milling process, Coopedota
has maintained a stable relationship with roasters for more than 38
years. Emphasizing respect for and compromise with the environment,
we advocate a sustainable and friendly agronomic production with our
producers. Coupled with our extraordinarily clean operation in our “beneficio”
(mill), our environmental stance has given Coopedota several awards
from national institutions.
